Tips:
- URGENT: Please make sure you do not leave any valuables in your vehicle.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, please call crime check at 509-456-2233.
Friendly Reminders:
- Please pick up after your pet. It is a lease violation if you fail to do this and it is inconsiderate to everyone in the community. We would like to keep our property looking beautiful for all to enjoy.
- If you are caught not picking up after your pet you will be fined. If you notice someone not picking up after their pet please let the office know immediately. We will be monitoring this very closely.
- Proper parking permits must be displayed, and easily visible. This applies to carports as well.
- Do not park in any unauthorized parking or a carport that is not assigned to your home or you will be towed at vehicle owners’ expense.
- Please slow down while driving through the community, reduce your speed to 5 mph for safety.
